Simple Seabass Paksiw

A simple, sour filipino dish that won't fail you! Just 'bang bang' everything in, put the lid on and go!

Ingredients

2 Whole Sea Bass

1 Red Onion

3 Cloves Garlic

1 Knob Ginger

2 Fresh Lemon

3 Finger Chillies

Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Utensil: 11" Skillet


On a cold pan, place all your ingredients in - chopped seabass, onion, garlic, ginger, sliced ginger, squeezed lemons, fingers chillies and salt and pepper.


Cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.


Serve.
