Ingredients
6 Salmon fillets
1 Pomegranate (seeds and juice)
1 Fresh lime juice
Parsley, finely chopped
Min leaves, finely chopped
Preparation
Utensil: Electric Skillet
Pre-heat Electric Skillet for 7 minutes on 230.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place skin down on the skillet. Cook for 9 minutes.
Flip the salmon and coat with pomegranate and lime juice and cook for another 8 minutes.
Top with pomegranate seeds, parsley and mint leaves.
Serve.
