Can be eating as an afternoon snack or dessert! Usually deep fried in oil and in Saladmaster, we eliminate the oil. Amazing right?

Ingredients
5 Ripe Plantain
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
Preparation
Utensil: Electric Skillet
On cold Electric Skillet, coat the base of the skillet with demerara sugar and place the sliced plantain. Set the temperature in 230 for 8 minutes.
Flip the plantain to ensure it is even coated with the melted sugar and cook for another 8minutes - this time the temperature being on 185.
Serve
