Enjoy crispy fried fish without adding a drop of oil. It's a customer favourite and we're not surprised!

Ingredients
2 Sea Breams
Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Utensil: Electric Skillet
Pre-heat Electric Skillet for 7 minutes on 230.
Pat dry the sea bream with kitchen paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
Once pre-heated, place the sea bream in the skillet and cook for 18 minutes- you will see the fish' natural oil start to come out.
Once done, flip the sea bream on the other side and cook for anoter 13 minutes.
Serve
Tip: Make sure your fish id well dried. You can cook it longer for a more crispier skin.
Note: The freshness of the sea bream will determine how much oil is extracted from it during the cooking process.
